Although not the kind of place with a high turnover of employees, (on average people stay for nine years!) there are often vacancies, particularly as the Society is growing.

Member Assistant

To ensure customer needs are met through the delivery of high quality service and by promoting the Society’s products and services. Hours worked 9.00am to 5.00 pm - Monday to Friday (35 Hours per week). Saturday's on a rota basis. Customer Experience Team Leader

Fixed Term Contract, 1 year. To manage day to day branch operations enabling delivery of exceptional customer service to increase sales and retention rates. This position is based in our North East Branches, Saxmundham Branch and Halesworth Branch. 35 hours to be worked Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. Saturday's by arrangement. An extra payment is made for these hours worked.

Member Assistant

Hours: Monday to Friday: 30 Hours to be worked between 9am and 3pm Monday to Friday. Saturdays worked by arrangements. Job Purpose:- To ensure customer needs are met through the delivery of high quality service and by promoting the Society’s products and services, supporting the leadership team in day to day running of the branch.

Marketing Assistant

Head Office, Freehold House, The Havens, Ransomes Europark, Ipswich, IP3 9SJ Hours of work:- 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00am to 6.00pm. Job Purpose:- To support the Marketing team with communications, administration, ‘business as usual’ duties and helping to deliver the Society’s marketing plan. Based at our Woodbridge Branch Hours: Monday to Friday: 35hrs to be worked between the hours of 8.00am to 6.00pm. Saturdays are by arrangement and an extra payment will be made for this.
